Just a couple little things I made my mom this year. This is the first year I'm home for mothers day since we moved away 12 years ago. It's nice to be home.
I had joined a swap on Split Coast Stampers and almost forgot about it (we just moved across the country, and bought a house and are working new jobs yadayadayada) so anyways I DIDN'T forget that's the important thing here..... so anyways the swap is an ATC (Artists Trading Card=2.5 x 3" card) and my category was Vintage and I had to make one of each of the following categories, Vintage Car, Vintage Shoe, Vintage Beauty and Vintage Burlesque. I hope the ladies in my group like what I made. I'm still working on limited supplies and tools. Thankfully I received a bunch of embelishments from other swaps I joined so that'll keep me going until we move into our new HOME in July.
Shared this project (an oldie but goodie) on the Homeketeers page today. I haven't been able to get crafty since moving home so I dug this up from the archives. I forgot how much fun I had personalizing my guitar.
Just thought I'd share some mini composition books that I had altered/decorated. I had originally bought the note books because I needed one for taking notes at my new job I start on Tuesday but then I got bored so started playing around and ended up with these. Now they're too nice to use for work notes so I may have to go out and buy some more.
Ok well they're not all free BUT they're giving away two.
